Don’t they just, literally race horses are a line of blood that is not like your normal “pony’s” in the field people don’t understand this , these horses are machine bred to run over centuries of blood lines , they want to ban horse and dog racing to save animal lives ? Well if the banned it , all horse racing horses and greyhounds would die

Fun fact 149 race horses die on average a year

100s if thousands of animals die a year domestically because they are Mis treated , maybe they should turn there attention to that , woke tw@ts

Plus race horses are treated like royalty in there stables

Not really about that though is it?

You look at any one of them and not a single ‘protestor’ would inspire the thought ‘they’ve definitely got their sh!t together’ in any observer.

A legion of fat or malnourished, unemployed, talentless, misfits and failures. It’s not about a coherent argument and actually making a difference, it’s about trying to establish a personality or meaning in a life that has little or no evidence to support that suggestion.

Personally, I find the deaths/injuries of the horses gut wrenching, it really is horrible and I hate that it happens. As you and others have articulated though SF I understand the wider context etc. If I ever fail in every aspect of my life however I retain the right to try and seek attention through actions which I will claim to be protest, where I cannot get it elsewhere. I may also dye my hair, scream in public, make claims of oppression against anyone I can forge even the most ridiculous of narratives around and perhaps support Liverpool or Millwall and claim people hate me for reasons other than my repulsive, antisocial personality.

Now Zaha's got a bit of green grass ahead of him here... and finds Ambrose... not a bad effort!!!!

I changed my mind a bit when I saw Michael O'Leary's treatment of his race horses. Have a look into it. Not great seeing them cornered and shot the minute they weren't winning. The guy's a f***ing prick anyway.

its tough on the horse's human rights. For sure.

Lads, can you name a sport where you win a few big competitions and then are put out to Stud.......effectively getting to sh@g a ton of different fit fillies every week....to extend your blood-line.

it must be a terrible awful life for those guys. Like a Rock n Roll god.

maybe that's why there were so many feminists protesting ? No gender equality for top racehorses.

Eze Peasy at Anfield....
