Magnificent contribution to our club as a player, so thanks for that James. Like others have already said I'm sure he would add a lot to our coaching setup. Wouldn't that be good?

ditto ... and in the latter part of his time with us his main job was to break up play - a 'ratter' as some called him, of course there was more to his game than that - when he was paired up with Cabaye and for several seasons he had real creative flair and passing vision.

Pretty much the engine of side for 9 years that was noticable when missing . That his best games co-incided with some of our unexpected victories wasn't by chance . A brilliant intelligent footballer , Thanks J Mac .
