I was happy when Johnstone signed and pleased when he got his chance last season. He has claimed that number 1 spot and been both consistent and dependable. It seems he lacks personality in goalkeeping and as a person - something I noticed on the USA tour. Maybe he hadn’t settled or London and London culture isn’t for him but Henderson has a lot more energy and personality to his game which one will get the fans onside and two will drive him to get back into the England squad through his performances. He is better all round than Pickford, Ramsdale and Pope and once he gets a run of games at Selhurst he will become a real fans favourite. ( if he settles) lol

One thing that seams great about Henderson from the outside is the fact that he is unwilling to sit on the Man U bench and rot. He knows he's good enough to play in the Prem and is hell bent on making that happen. At least it shows that he has a bit about himself

Been in the national set up since U16. However, if he sits on the bench for Man U, he sits on the bench for England. He needs game time to uproot Pickford. And no way would he leave the riches of Manchester if he was not promised that with us.
