I probably 'would' TBF (her, not him) although all the tattoos might be a bit off-putting

Palace since 19 August 1972. Palace 1 (Tony Taylor) Liverpool 1 (Emlyn Hughes)

He's an idiot.

If for nothing else, not apologizing. He could have said "I was caught up in the moment, I let my emotions take over and I'm really sorry for the kiss. I didn't mean to offend her and I'm truly sorry."

Instead he makes it out to be not a big deal and he won't apologize. Now his mum is on a hunger strike.

I don't think it qualifies for sexual assault, but it was highly inappropriate, and he needs to go.

Now days in any other line of work he would be fired.

The worst part is that this is what people are talking about, as opposed to their winning the World Cup.

I think he did apologise but I am not sure at what point - there is a difference between an immediate heartfelt apology and one which is reluctantly made after your legal representative suggests it might do your cause good.

Was thinking they should throw the book at him, but maybe that's because he appears a horrible individual.......A while back Gazza got into hot water and ended up in court for an almost similar sort of thing....was hoping at the time he would get off which he did....my thinking at the time being thats just Gazza being Gazza

There's also a photo of her lifting him up which seems to be largely ignored. I don't want to support Rubiales but it's all a bit much. He seems a bit of a fool. His mother isn't too happy either.

probably had too much free wine and got too excited about the win . I thought it looked a bit wierd when I saw the 'kiss' and shoulder carry later but no harm done . Just a dirty old man who lost control but why he just didnt resign when asked only he knows

Well now more film has been released of the team bus where the ladies can be seen to be cheering him on and shouting 'kiss, kiss , kiss it maybe puts the celebrations into contex .
How can the team call for his resignation after their apparent approval of his actions after the game ?

Ive gone from thinking him an old fool to giving him my support as a victim of feminist groups .

And we still need a striker
