Yes, Gaza has a beach. Big surprise. It borders the sea. It gets hot there so people use it.

The guy producing the video is, apparently, a well known YouTuber who promotes some hard right views. He has been compared to Katie Hopkins. Which is not something I find flattering.

He claims the footage was from today, but provides no evidence of that and is quite careful with his words. Did it happen today, or get posted somewhere today?

In 2023 such scenes would have happened every day, but 2024? I think there are other priorities so extreme caution and Independent verification is required before it can be trusted as authentic.

What has been verified is the extensive damage caused in Gaza by the IDF.

People like him attacking the MSM are a joke. They do so without any kind of oversight or editorial control and can post whatever slurs they like. Those who seek confirmation of their biases lap it up as though it’s the unvarnished truth.

So let’s see if anyone else picks up the story.

Once again, I have to agree.

Destroying Hamas would do everyone a favour, and I would suggest that removing the Iranian fundamentalist government would also be a very good thing, however, life is not quite that simple.

There needs to be an understanding that mutual interests can best be served by peace in the region and that destabilising elements like Hezbollah, ISIS and the rest must be brought to heel.
We won't stop the resentment between Jew and Arab anytime soon or ever, but everyone stands to gain from stability.

Human aggression and tribalism won't change and never will, but offer a big enough carrot to be peaceful and most will take it.
