They have to work hard, pull out all the stops and get something from the game. It's such a bad time in the season to lose form. With a demanding schedule over the next month they'll need to keep it up. I'll go for an entertaining 2-2.

We should have got a point against Everton and Luton - but didn’t

We should loose to the Spammers -so maybe we won’t ! (probably will though!)

Thankfully they're away in Europe this week so that should help us, I think we will nick a win there but would be happy with a draw.

I have said the same thing many times, but in reality I am not sure that we have actually benefitted that often from a club's supposed European hangover.

Everything speaks against us, so a narrow win for Palace.

I think if we are clever, Which is a big if, i think we could surprise them, normal back for, maybe Clyne for Ward, Richards and Lerma DMs, Franca, Ayew and Olise in midfield, the reason i would play Franca is that he is unknown to the premier as much to us as West Ham, if we dont play him, they will just crowd out Olise, with Franca Unknown to them, especially if we talk him up, Olise may get more space, Edouard up front, and please Ozoh and Ola-Adebomi on the bench instead of Jairo and Mateta, job done

“That’s a joke son, I say, that’s a joke.” “Nice boy, but he’s sharp as a throw pillow.” “He’s so dumb he thinks a Mexican border pays rent” “ “Son… I say, son, some people are so narrow minded they can look through a keyhole with both eyes.”__ Forhorn Leghorn

It would be very unlike Mr Hodgson to select inexperienced young chaps in preference to more experienced players.

I have predicted a defeat which will inevitably lead to disobliging comments and animus aimed in the direction of both both Mr Hodgson and Steve Parish.

Yes, i think Mr H, wont bring any youngsters in, Although Mr PM might be able to persuade him they should be on the bench

One or maybe two of the youngsters, to get the traditional induction routine of ten minutes at the end of the game, but only if we're already losing.

I agree with previous posts that on paper we lose. But to misquote Brian Clough, "Fortunately we're not playing on paper". We do have an OK record at their place and Ayew, in particular, often pulls one out of the bag. I do wonder though, if they thrash us, say by a 3 or 4 goal margin, will the board panic and dump Roy just as quick as they did to PV?

One last thought for Sunday. When things are getting really hairy, that's when you need a Brazilian.

I predict that after the W.Ham encounter HOL will be subjected to a winge-fest with comments made with some asperity.
Buckets of verbal paraffin will be in evidence with high-grade ordnance dropped on those at the club.
I smell the whiff of brimstone.
