That was the most inept home performance I’ve seen for many a year from Palace.Any team that aggressively presses us can easily dominate us as our play is so slow predictable. Olise looked promising early on but they did a good job doubling up on him as they knew he was our only creative player and I’m afraid he will soon get fed up with it and want away. I’m sorry but Roy has to go and if we don’t get some quality replacements in January we will only survive by the skin of our teeth.

Utterly inept display from players and management, praying that morning headlines is Roy has been sacked. Football has evolved since Roy reached his pinnacle, sadly Roy hasn't. time to resign with a degree of dignity

Roy losing the plot. Basically digging out the fans in his post match interview, saying our expectation levels are too high and we've been "spoilt in recent times". Said that we shouldn't be expecting to beat Bournemouth who are a great team.

Ultimately the one thing you could count on from Roy is defensive organisation and even that looks shot to pieces at the moment. I don't believe that a different manager with a different ideas wouldn't get more out of this team.

We were somewhere around Barstow, on the edge of the desert, when the drugs began to take hold...

Completely agree with entire post.

Now Zaha's got a bit of green grass ahead of him here... and finds Ambrose... not a bad effort!!!!

Seriously disappointed by what i heard from Roy there. Suggestion being the fans are acting all entitled, and would have no expectation we'll beat top tier teams. Deal with our inferiority.

Meanwhile, Villa being Citeh, 82nd minute.

The run we are on now is worse than the one that got vierra the sack . The difference is that all the games in that run last season was that all the teams were above us , this year all the teams bat West Ham were below us. Parish needs to grow some and get rid of Roy and we need a new manager to mix it up and try something new Clyne and Ward should not be anywhere near the first team , maybe play three centre halfs (Richards is not a midfielder) with Schlup at LB and a youngster at RB . To be creative you need a creative manager , i am sure there is more in the squad it just needs thinking outside of the box which Roy is not capable of

Wow. That’s hell of a post match interview.

I don’t think the poor sods going week in week out are entitled to expect a bit of effort.

The Keeper's decent and so are Guehi and Andersen. Apart from that, there's only Olise, Doucoure and Eze and of course the last two are unavailable. Bar Sheffield Utd, we are the weakest team in the Premiership at present.
The problem is that in matches against any top six side, the game simply passes the likes of Ward, Ayew and most of the others by. It just happens too quickly for them. Roy Hodgson's forte is that he is supposed to deliver results against teams below us in the table and that isn't the case recently. If you lose at Luton and at home to Bournemouth, you've got problems
We've never been able to play 4-3-3.
Change of manager? Well, it'll have to happen one day. You could never accuse Roy Hodgson's sides of displaying much imagination. He prioritises organization over flair and if he will not play the Brazilian instead of Schlupp or Hughes against the likes of Bournemouth and Luton, why would he do it against Liverpool, Chelsea, Citeh? You never get an unexpected result with Palace, the win against United away excepted. There's no magic. And there hasn't been a leader on the pitch since Jedinak.

The Chairman's problem is that he can only appoint fire-fighters. When he's tried to go left-field, we've ended up with de Boer and Vieira and that didn't end well.

With Forest losing 5-0 what are the odds on Cooper replacing Roy within the next week or two?

Roy needs to have a word with Ray Lewington . His screaming and shouting was ridiculous tonight, distracting and clearly communicated anxiety to the players. There’s a time to know when to shout instructions and when to zip it.

Roy will need to earn his corn now , anymore of that and there will be riots in the streets .

I don't think I have ever seen the ground empty as quick ,that wasn't a Palace team out there tonight ,seething .

And we still need a striker

Roy interview very interesting and completely wrong.

If we can't beat teams above us then it's fair to say we have to beat those below. That is not over ambitious by any stretch.

Also we are definitely not used to winning at home for a long time. So thats not a fair comment either.

With ten minutes to go he brings to JPM, why not Franca? What's the risk? We let in another goal so can't be worse than rse than that can it?

Don't expect players coming in January, Parish already said loans. And we all know loans do not get done till last hours of the deadline due to clubs wanting to generate cash and loans is last option.

All this for a stand we still got no planning permission to build and if you are to believe we need to raise another £45 mill.

Missing our best player in Premier Zaha and the replacement is not even playing as a sub....That tells you it's own story.
