Wicked in both senses of the word. Enjoy. I'll make do with finishing off a nice bottle of red.

I think the bottom seven is already known, Sheff U, Burnley, Forest, Bournemouth, Luton, Everton and Wolves. our goal is to try and get above Brentford, Fulham, Brighton, Villa, West Ham and even Spurs

Yep Mate don’t disagree..!!

Good professional performance today from now an established Premier League team - these games away against newly promoted teams first game of the season are difficult/potential banana skins - they’re at home riding the euphoria wave, crowd right behind them - it ain’t easy - and in previous seasons a game we would have lost..!!

Not now - look at the stats 68% possession - 24 shots against 8 - this with a threadbare forward line that will only improve with those returning from injury and additional recruitment before the window closes..!!

Welcome to the Premier League Sheffield United - it’s going to be tough…!!

Absolutely delighted with a win. Expected the worst when first up, away, against a newly promoted team.

Decent opening game that we should have won by 3 maybe 4 . Which would be my one complaint ,We need to put these games against relegation fodder to bed or we will drop points with a fluke goal against ,you know how it goes .

Ayew excellent

A win today and a loss next week is better than two opening draws such is the nature of three points even though we would have been happy with a draw draw start. Anything out the game next week will be a massive bonus. I am convinced that this season we need to maximise the points we get from the (on paper) weaker teams.

A win today and a draw or a win next week is even better. I see no reason why we should expect to lose to Arsenal.

Palace since 19 August 1972. Palace 1 (Tony Taylor) Liverpool 1 (Emlyn Hughes)

This seems insane! Probably his best game in a Palace shirt. Just shows you, we not all watching the same game.

Best game in a Palace shirt doesn't mean he was any good though. He has set a very low bar in terms of effort and linking up play.

But pleased he scored and hopefully he'll get better.

As well as we played today we were up against the odds on second worst team this season after luton. Arsenal are the odds on second best team on paper (in my opinion). We will very much need the boys to play out of their skins along with some luck for any hope to get anything next week.

I'm optimistic we can do so but aware of the likelihood we do not.

Palace did what they had to. We have 6/7 players who could play for top 6teams. Which is great isn’t it? Sheffield should have been put to the sword with many more goals. They were woeful. As for edouard. Took his goal fine and let’s hope the confidence flows through him…but don’t you think he is too light weight for premier league. Cant hold the ball up at all. Can’t wait for arsenal. Good man Roy taking no s&@t from SUFC player entering his zone 😀🥳

Very professional away performance against a team who seem nailed on to return from whence they came. Only negative being the injury to Geuhi

Roy said Guehi thought it was just cramp. So hopefully that makes it no negatives for you

So here we are already 3 points above the relegation zone and a superior goal difference!
