Dougie Freedman
Crystal Palace boss Dougie Freedman has pleaded for patience as his new-look side beds in.
The Eagles lie at the bottom of the fledgling Championship league table after two defeats from two - the most recent a 4-1 loss at Bristol City on Tuesday night.
But Freedman said: "There have been a lot of changes at our club during the summer and it will take a while for us to deal with that.
"We didn't help ourselves with some poor individual errors that gifted Bristol City some of their goals.
"But we are a young side and learning all the time. We just need a bit of time to develop together and improve as a team.
"You can't afford to make the sort of errors we made in this game, but we will talk about them and hopefully move on quickly because there is a long season ahead.
"It is always going to take a while to gel when you have alot of injuries and new faces to integrate."
