Dougie Freedman
Crystal Palace have now decided to allow Bolton Wanderers to speak to Dougie Freedman regarding their vacant managerial position.
The club issued a statement at midday stating that they refused permission for Bolton to speak to the Scot, but since then discussions have continued and the club issued an updated statement stating that permission has now been granted.
Wanderers are likely to tempt Freedman with an attractive salary, one which Palace are unlikely to be able to match.
CPFC2010 posted on the BBS website that Freedman informed them that he wanted to speak to Bolton and that they have agreed to pay compensation.
