Peter Taylor has put the finishing touches to his new management team at Selhurst Park.
Kit Symons will continue his role as reserve team manager and adds the responsibility of first team coach to his CV.
Former Palace keeper Tony Burns replaces Mike Kelly as goalkeeping coach and Mark Hulse, who has been involved in the England Under-21 setup, becomes new fitness coach, replacing John Harbin.
Finally Allan Gemmill joins the Eagles as Chief UK Scout.
Taylor said: "We're delighted to have them on board. It's nice to have some new faces in and I haven't been here very long, but it's all going well.
"I've been really pleased with everyone, Kit and Bob Dowie have both been very helpful.
"I know Mark, who is my Under-21 team fitness coach and works with the Football Association, so I'm really pleased to have him.
"Like myself, if you know the club, you know how good it can be and Tony was very keen on coming here because he knew it was Crystal Palace, even though he had a very good time at Millwall."
