Crystal Palace recorded a 3-2 win at Barnet - although the Bees gave them a late scare.
The South London side cruised into a 3-0 half-time lead, but Barnet fought back with an impressive second half display.
Barnet defender John Glele managed to divert Tony Craig's cross into his own net to put Palace 1-0 up on 18 minutes.
Six minutes later, a terrific 25-yard rocket from Ben Watson doubled Palace's advantage and Palace were cruising.
In the 28th minute, Paul Ifill got on the end of Matt Lawrence's long pass to finish from close range.
Ashley Carew pulled a goal back for Barnet in the 69th minute, firing past Scott Flinders insde the six-yard box.
And in the last minute, Ismail Yakubu got a second for the home side with a close-range header.
