The Crystal Palace reserves entertain Wycombe Wanderers at the National Sports Centre on Wednesday evening. Transfer listed Neil Ruddock looks set to appear for The Eagles's second string.
Neil Ruddock is likely to appear in the Crystal Palace reserves clash against their Wycombe Wanderers counterparts.
The side will also include Gregg Berhalter who has been on the bench for the first team the past couple of games.
Matt Gregg and Wayne Carlisle will also feature but the rest of the team will be made up of youngsters.
The game will kick off at 7.30 pm and admission is free to season ticket holders.
Talking of Ruddock, Southend manager David Webb has admitted that he made an attempt to sign the former England central defender on loan before last night's LDV Vans clash with Brentford.
The Shrimpers tried to ease their defensive crisis by signing Ruddock.
Webb said: "I spoke to Palace about bringing Neil on loan to Roots Hall, the club said yes, but he didn't fancy joining us and I won't be pursuing it any further."
