Crystal Palace recorded a second successive pre-season win by seeing off Gillingham 3-0.

New signing Jose Campana made his first Eagles appearance while boss Ian Holloway ran the rule over trialists Atdie Nuhiu, Jake Nicholson, Quincy Owusu-Abeyie and Osman Sow.

Palace dominated the opening stages and were rewarded with a goal after 21 minutes through Dean Moxey. Campana's corner was cleared as far as Moxey and the left-back fired home a low shot into the corner from 25 yards.

Holloway brought on a new team for the second period and Stephen Dobbie doubled the lead in the 68th minute with a brilliant 30-yard strike.

Yannick Bolasie hit the woodwork before Dobbie set up Owusu-Abeyie with a sublime throughball who out-paced the Gills defence to slot home Palace's third goal of the night on 73 minutes.

Palace:(First half): Speroni, Taylor, Ramage, Delaney, Moxey, De Silva, Jedinak, Campana, Williams, Gayle, Nuhiu.

(Second half): Fitzsimons, Ward (Sow 84), Jerome Williams, Wynter, Gabbidon, Bolasie, O'Keefe, Nicholson, Quincy, Dobbie, Wilbraham.
