OK, has OldFella got his hattrick of team predictions . . . well here are the line-ups . . . Roy Hodgson sticks with the same side that brought him his first win as Watford boss last time out against Aston Villa as the Hornets look to climb closer towards a position of safety. Watford XI: Foster, Femenia, Cathcart, Samir, Kamara, Sissoko, Cleverley, Louza, Sarr, King, Dennis. Crystal Palace make four changes to the side beaten in the 89th minute by Chelsea last time out, with Jack Butland replacing Vicente Guaita in goal, Conor Gallagher and Will Hughes returning in midfield and Jean-Philippe Mateta coming in up top. James McArthur, Jeffrey Schlupp and Jordan Ayew all drop to the bench for Patrick Vieira's side. Crystal Palace XI: Butland, Clyne, Andersen, Guehi, Mitchell, Hughes, Gallagher, Kouyate, Zaha, Olise, Mateta. This is from the clubs site . . . [Link] Edited by eagleman13 (23 Feb 2022 6.38pm)

It is feasible that Watford will defend deep.

Good looking team apart from the donkey up front. Honestly at a loss as to what PV sees in him. Anyway, he could go prove me wrong a score a hat trick today. (Doubt it though.)

Furthermore, not much creativity with Koutaye and Hughes in midfield and of course Zaha doesn't provide that much at this stage of his career.

MacArthur is the better option than Kouyate but if Hughes gets forward a bit as well as Gallagher. Several options on the bench, if used correctly. A few months ago PV was a genius with subs. Genius at nicking points.

Could it be that Sprites is Benteke’s dad and Lanzo Matetas? They certainly appear to have a poor opinion of the others favourite forward.
