Obvious ones but you get the idea...

1. Dougie Freedman's goal against Stockport.

2. Appointment of Steve Coppell as manager in 1984.

Growing up in West Ham during the 60's and 70's and being the only Palace supporter for miles around (or so it felt to me at that time), it's the 2004 play off final for me, i had the bragging rights at last, family party a week after, nice buffet i thought but most of my kin were eating humble pie.

I have loads but watching us beat Liverpool at Villa park does it for me,Not to mention watching our team at come out at Wembley, then singing Abide with me sent shivers down my spine!!! even now when I watch it I get goosebumps!!
Queing outslde Selhurst for Wembley tickets for 2 nights also brings a smile to my face whenever I walk through the gates just past the Glaziers Lounge, brings back memories of me popping home for my Tv and Video so we could all watch Palace tapes during the night!

My eldest Son was born on the Wed 16th,April,1969, just in time for that Palace game the following Saturday the 19th when we beat Fulham 3-2 to gain promotion to the top flight, didn't take him though, bit young.
Then 31 years later being with him and my other kids to watch us play in the FA Cup Final,at Wembley.

Loads of magic moments at Palace through the years!

Reckon I've been lucky!

A very good post, there are a few Palace moments that will live in my memory.

1. Palace finishing third in the old first division only for Liverpool wrecking our deserved place in Europe after their ban was lifted.

2. Palace beating Liverpool in that epic semi-final at Villa Park after earlier that season losing 9-0 to them at Anfield.

3. Dougie scoring a late goal at Stockport to ensure safety.

4. Palace getting the draw at Hillsborough in a thrilling, tense match to yet again ensure safety and sent Sheffield Wednesday down.

And finally and most pleasing for me is the 2010 CPFC takeover that saved the club we love.

Seeing Geoff lift the ZDS Cup at Wembley

And who knows what might of happened to us if we were playing in Europe that season,it could have lead to greater things and Wright might have stayed on longer.
I know there was some clause in his contract at the time related to the playing in Europe issue.
