Todays first download is a fan club limited edition bootleg by Deep Purple. It has no details as to when and where it was recorded - only that it's a limited edition Fan Club album. This has some great tracks on it as well with versions of Black Night and Strange Kind Of Woman both featured. If you like a bit of rock Purple style - then grab this bootleg... Todays second download is an acoustic set by Lenny Kravitz that was recorded at various venues between 1993 and 1994. This is in superb quality and the audio for all tracks has been taken from the soundboard and sounds top notch. I've not posted many boots by LK over the years as good quality ones are quite rare. This is a wicked bootleg of acoustic tracks that sound different to the way you may be used to hearing them. A wicked version of his biggiest hit "Are you gonna go my way" to start off and then some other classics. If you like Lenny Kravitz then grab this one - this is thorughly recommended and then some... Todays extra download is a set by Paco De Lucia that was recorded at the Montreux Jazz Festival in 2012. This is in superb quality and the audio has been taken from an FM broadcast of the show which sounds top notch. There are no titles for the tracks listed - it's more like a live acoustic jam with the tracks just carrying on from each other. If you like some jazzy flamenco style guitar work - you won't get any better than Paco. This is great stuff and is thoroughly recommended.. Todays first download is a very recent set by Bruce Springsteen & The E Street Band that was recorded in Dallas, Texas on the 6th of April 2014. This is in superb quality and the audio for the show comes from a webcast audio rip of the set and it sounds top notch. I've recently posted a BS boot - this is another top sounding show for the collection. If you like Bruce Springsteen then grab this show.. this is thoroughly recommended.. Todays second download is a set by The Bangles that was recorded in Berlin, Germany on the 8th April 2003. This is in superb quality and the audio has been taken from an FM broadcast of the show and it sounds top notch - really great sound. The band broke up in 1988 but reformed a decade later in 1998 and started touring again in 2000. In 2001 and 2002 they were in the studios recording the album "Doll Revolution" - their first new album for 15 years. This bootleg contains material from that album as well as old faves like "Manic Monday" and of course "Walk Like An Egyptian". Todays extra download is a set by Iron Maiden that was recorded in Milwaukee on the 26th June 1981 This is in superb quality and the audio for the show has been taken from the soundboard and it sounds top notch. I've posted stacks of shows by IM over the years and this is another top sounding show from the bands "Killers" tour. During this tour Paul Di'Anno was fired from the band for substance abuse and was replaced by Bruce Dickinson. If you like a bt of Iron Maiden - then this is for you ... thoroughly recommended. Hi staffie I wonder if you can find a couple of albums for me. Both are by the same band although they changed their name after the 1st album. The 1st album is half studio and half live tracks. I'm not too bothered about the live tracks so if it is easier for you then just the studio tracks are fine.
