Todays first download is a set by Oasis that was recorded at Wembley Arena, London on the 22nd July 2000. This is in superb quality and the audio for the show has been taken from a TV audio rip and it sounds top notch. A top setlist with the classics Supersonic, Roll With It, Wonderwall, and Don't Look Back In Anger all being played. If you like Oasis then grab this show... this is thoroughly recommended... and then some.. Todays second download is a set by Linda Ronstadt that was recorded at the Paradiso, Amsterdam on the 21st November 1976. This is in superb quality and the audio for the show has been taken from the soundboard and it sounds top notch. I've posted a few shows by LR over the years - this is another top sounding bootleg for the collection. Some classics on this one and if you like Linda Ronstadt this is thoroughly recommended.. Todays extra download is a set by The Gun Club that was recorded in San Francisco on the 6th November 1981. This is in superb quality and the audio for the set has been taken from an FM broadcast of the show and it sounds top notch. According to my files this is the first album or bootleg by this band that I've posted and I know nothing about them. They started in Los Angeles in 1979 and stayed together until 1985 and released half a dozen albums and a few singles. They reformed in 1986 until 1992 and split again. This show is an early one and is in support of their album "Fire Of Love" (thanks wiki). If you like The Gun Club then grab this one... Todays first download is a set by The Rolling Stones that was recorded at the Double Door Club, Chicago on the 18th September 1997. This is in superb quality and the audio has been taken from a soundboard matrix recording of the show and it sounds wicked. I've lost count of the number of albums and bootlegs by TRS that I've posted - a complete discography of studio released albums and 100's of bootlegs. If you like the Stones then grab this show - a wicked setlist with some real Stones classics. This is great stuff and is thoroughly recommended.. This is in superb quality and the audio for the show has been taken from the soundboard and it sounds top notch. According to my files this is the first bootleg by Imelda May that I've posted - but not the first album as I've previously posted a studio released album in 2010. This is a wicked set and if you like Imelda May - then grab this one, this is throroughly recommended... and then some!... Todays extra download is a set by Silverchair that was recorded in Melbourne, Australia on the 12th August 1999. This is in superb quality and the audio for the set has been taken from the soundboard and it sounds top notch. According to my files this is the first album or bootleg by this band that I've posted and I know nothing about them - except what I read on Wiki... The band started in 1992 and were called Innocent Criminals and are from Newcastle, Australia. They have won stacks of ARIA awards over the years and in 2011 went on "indefinite hibernation". They have released 5 albums since 1995 and a few singles. (Thanks Wiki). This is a cracking set which ends with the classic MC5 track "Kick Out The Jams". Todays first download is a set by David Bowie that was recorded in Rio De Janierom Brazil on the 20th September 1990. This is in superb quality and the audio has been taken from the soundboard and it sounds top notch. This is a wicked set and was recorded while David was on the Sound & Vision tour. Some classics on this one like "Space Oddity" "Rebel Rebel" "Life On Mars" as well as "Heroes", "Changes", and "Jean Genie". A top bootleg, which if you like David Bowie is a must have... this is thoroughly recommended. Todays second download is a set by Grinderman that was recorded at the Coachella Music And Arts Festival, Indio, California on the 12th April 2013. This is in superb quality and the audio for the set has been taken from the soundboard and it sounds top notch. I've not posted that many boots by Grinderman - the band are the brainchild of Nick Cave and I've posted lots of boots by Nick over the years. If you like Grinderman/Nick Cave then grab this one... this is a top set and is thoroughly recommended.
