Sky Sources: Wigan reject undisclosed bid from Chelsea for Victor Moses. Wouldn't be suprised if this results in a higher bid from Chelsea. Great news for Palace and Moses

Daily Mirror (yeah, I know) suggests that Chelsea have bid £10M. What was the sell-on clause again?
Isn’t it enough to see that a garden is beautiful without having to believe that there are fairies at the bottom of it too? |

Good times.

I just had a quick look and on previous threads in April the sell-on clause looked to be 25%, although I don't know if that's just rumours. Either way, if Wigan have turned down a bid (rumoured to be around £10 million) then we can look to make a useful extra few million!

He would be stupid to go to Chelsea. Yep the pennies would be great for us but would be a ridiculous career move for him.

He wouldn't get in the starting squad and would be a bench player, I cant see how that would help hone his potential. He hasn't exactly lit up the The Prem, admittedly he had a great end to the season but that was more Wigan as a team. Don't get me wrong I think he is great just don't think a move to the European Champions is the best career move if he wants to play football every week,

I spent a lot of money on booze, birds and fast cars. The rest I just squandered. |

Torres £50 million - 28 apps for Chelsea in the league 18 of those from the bench.

I don't think Chelsea is a good move for Moses, Arsenal, Man U, or even Newcastle would be better. At Chelsea he will be just another number, the others he would get good coaching and a chance to florish.

I believe it's 25% on anything over £2.5m. So if Chelsea buy for £10m we will be due £1.875m
