Aston Villa! Not exactly a step up

Looking at the 'Broader picture', A.Villa have been in the Premier League since it's inception in 1992-93, have attendances @ 36,000 and play in a nice stadium.I would accept however that the last 2 seasons have been somewhat disappointing.

And he would have to live in Birmingham - which makes Croydon look like Hollywood.

There are some delightful areas outside of Birmingham where the footballers tend to live ie Sutton Coldfield, Solihull.

There are also some delightful areas outside of Croydon where the footballers tend to live, i.e. everywhere else.

Clinton is Clinton. I have known him for a long time, I know his mother... Simon Jordan

Chamakh is a quality player, his first touch is excellent and more often than not finds a pass. I think he is best playing in behind a front man which hopefully will be Murray when he is up to fitness.

My heart tells me the two of them in harness would be a bit special, but my head says they're too similar. After a trail period it will have to be one or the other with a more expressive Jerome. Is there time to experiment?
