It generally just confirms my prejudices about people who regularly wear baseball caps.....I'm sure there are some sensible ones but they are swamped by their opposites.

What a prat Wow, are our collective memories that short?? Me, I still remember my youth, the winter months, sometimes snow on the ground and witnessing hordes of scantily clad girlies on a Saturday night, freezing their t*ts off, teetering along the high street enroute to some nitespot. Any suggestion that they wear a woolie to prevent the onset of pneumonia would most likely have been met with sneer and definitely scuppered your chances of 'pulling'. Point is, youths see clothing as a means to make a strong statement about themselves, - only oldies/conservative types/UKIP voters etc. think about the sensible use of clothing as a protection against the elements.
