He's right to lodge a complaint if he feels the quality of refereeing was questionable in its standard. There's a difference between complaining about the referee in the media, and lodging an complaint with the governing body.... The rules need to change. Denying a clear goalscoring opportunity in the final third should be a yellow card and a penalty. In the box it should be a red card and a penalty. This^^^
