I don't think FdB is a bad manager, just not the right one for us.

The success of any manager depends on the tools available to him. I think FdB will fail because he isn't being given the funds to get the tools to do the job.

If we do not improve and if we are in the bottom 3 come Christmas then I think the board are to blame not the manager and not necessarily the players. If someone is played out of position it isn't their fault.

Steve Coppell, who many regard as a saint, always said you play the formation based on your player's strengths. If we're doing that then someone has a serious lack of judgement.

To put it in simple terms, for those who might require it, you don't go racing in a transit van and you don't try to move a piano in a sports car.

But Frank got the job, said his preferred formation, then says we have the players to play 3-4-3, but then plays 3 new players in it and needs another 3. And you're saying it's the board's fault if he's playing players out of position, and that's after playing players all summer in one position and then in different positions vs Huddersfield and indeed a completely new selection on the middle and right hand side.

You say you play a formation to the players' strengths yet Frank hasn't yet but you say it's not his fault they're played out of position. Huh?

Frank needs more money than we could get to do what he came to England, any club in fact to do. 'This year it's crystal palace' is what he said.

Play 4 at the back or 3-5-2 and stop this facking about till it's feasible.

We are ranked 14th on lots of things in this division. We're expecting logical decisions, strategies and direction, and maybe not being embarrassed by the play off winners 3-0 at home. Not that entitled.
