Documentary on Netflix about what we are doing to our oceans. Eye opening and informative. Anyone else watched it? [Link] Trailer
Man is the most insane species. He worships an invisible God and destroys a visible Nature. Unaware that this Nature he’s destroying is this God he’s worshipping. Hubert Reeves |

She has been a big campaigner for the release of dolphins in captivity. I know this is not relevant to the programme you mentioned Edited by Spiderman (26 Mar 2021 4.03pm)

I thought it was the next film in the Pirates of the Caribbean franchise but was grossly disappointed at the lack of cutlasses, stuck on beards, parrots and buxom lasses.

There were harpoons though, blood and gore, ships crashing into others and real pirates too. Plenty of villains and a massive cover up as well - Real stuff though - think even the beards were real.

A while back I saw the Ross Kemp one on where the Somali Pirates come from. A real eye opener. Normal fishermen forced into piracy by the total destruction of their environment. Massive Italian tankers full of waste dumping it off the coast in rotation, with no navy to stop them. I didn't normally like Ross Kemp but that one and the one with the kids sniffing glue for 5p in Kenya were good. He was genuinely crying about the kids and just totally shocked at the rivers and coast of Somalia - there was no hiding it. Ross Kemp, hard man.
