Whether there is a release clause or not no club will trigger it until Olise can pass a medical.
No club would risk paying a transfer fee of say £35m and give the player a five year £25m + contract.
They would also want to understand the boy/man, from what I read that may be difficult.

I would imagine it’s complicated - as a key requirement for clubs signing new players is to make sure they pass a thorough medical. In Olise’s case - this would not be possible. He will certainly not be match fit by the time the transfer window closes….

So yes, this is a complication!
