A deceased TV presenter could be referred to as a Dan Do. A deceased singer as a Di Do. Or a deceased citizen of Springfield as a Doh! Do. You start getting into awkward territory if you are a deceased addict of a popular herb. You'd be a Dill Do.

Should we be thinking about Jo Doe as an option as Jo can be short for Joseph or Joanna?
