Hopefully a speedy recovery and able to take part in pre season. The mood is certainly low after yesterday. Big test to the manager and squad to turn it around next week.

I’d like to see Ahamada get a chance now, much as Hughsey is popular and gives his all, he’s not premier league quality for me

This season has been simply terrible for injuries and we aren't near half way in.

I really hope the bottom 3 stay as crap as they are as that may be our saving grace.3 wins against them might be all we need to survive this year although 2 have already beat us once.

Just as we are getting back to full strength another kick in the nuts
But we don't have to play two defensive midfielders ,not as if they tackle anyone anyway (see yesterdays stats 0 tackles )

And we still need a striker

we need an enforcer in there ,a Vinny Jones , Terry Hurlock type of player , that type of player will not cost tens of millions in January. we have an abundance of creativity with Olise and Eze they are the type of players who cost loads of bunce we just need somebody to win the ball and dominate the midfield

I know it may seem like a bit of hindsight but I'm always shocked the players don't do a minute warm up drill when they come out for 2nd half.

After sitting down for 15-20 mins it would help protect them from injuries just after half time and also get our players up to speed and may cut down amount of goals we concede just after half time too!

Now you’re talking, it’s just a shame that type of player wouldn’t stay on the pitch much these days

If you look at it something has been amiss with Dacoure for a number of weeks ,first of all you had him pulling up on A friday before i think it was the Forest game saying he didnt feel right (which Roy didnt seem impressed with) and didnt play , then you had the situation where Roy didnt pick him for the Everton game saying he didnt feel he was 100% yet he was allowed to go to Africa for international duty the next week. There was all the talk before the season started about a move to Liverpool. I would imagine that has gone for a Burton now

It was before the Everton game that he upset Roy by saying he didn't feel right I think.
Didn't he miss the Forest game due to an injured hamstring?

Yet to be impressed with what I’ve seen of Ahamada so far. Seems rather weak for a central midfield position. Let’s hope I’m wrong as Hughes isn’t the answer either. We will struggle big time I’m afraid without Doucoure :-(
