I bought Go Now when it was released in 1964. Wow was it really that long ago

Good tune, but the person who produced it must have been clueless. It is a terrible recording.

I saw him and Wings probably around 1976/77 at Wembley. Wings were too soft rock for my like and Denny Laine often publicly complained that McCartney would not let him beef it up.

I heard recently on BBC Sounds of the Seventies that Wings were Paul and Linda McCartney only and Denny was denied fair pay as he was someone who played with Wings and not a member.

That wouldn't surprise me he certainly had an axe to grind.
