Its not difficult to understand, players arent robots and lose form. Eze is one of our few game changers when on song, but he doesnt do it every week, similar to Zaha. Tho zaha pretty much did do it every week, plus he always put in a shift. Eze offers nothing off the ball, it's nothing to do with his attitude he just has no defensive qualities to his game at all.
