Crystal Palace finally ended a run of five straight league defeats with a 1-1 draw at Swansea City.
Emmanuel Adebayor made his full Palace debut at the Liberty Stadium, while Yohan Cabaye returned after missing the midweek game with Bournemouth through injury.
Adebayor's first contribution was giving away a somewhat harsh free-kick just outside the area 13th minute and Palace were made to pay as Gylfi Sigurdsson scored from it by curling around the wall into the back of the net.
The Swans dominated the opening half as former Eagle Wayne Routledge and Andre Ayew had decent chances to add to the scoreline.
Cabaye fired narrowly over for the Londoners and just before the break, Scott Dann nodded a free-kick inches past the upright but the Welsh side went into the break a deserved goal up.
Manager Alan Pardew threw on Marouane Chamakh at half-time for Chung-yong Lee and the Eagles found themselves on level terms in the 47th minute.
Damian Delaney flicked on Cabaye's corner and Dann got in front of his marker at the far post to bundle in his fifth goal of the season.
Adebayor mis-hit a shot from Wilfried Zaha's pass as Palace were starting to play much better than the first half. Swansea had appeals for a penalty denied after Ayew was challenged on the edge of the box by Zaha before the Swansea striker flashed an overhead kick just wide.
Hiram Boateng replace an injured Cabaye late on for his Premier League bow and the Academy product curled a low shot just past the post. Despite a flurry from Swansea at the end when Ashley Williams had an attempt blocked, Palace stood firm to claim a priceless point.
