Have I not stated in a previous post that I have contributed to Syria myself by giving to the Kurds in Kobane.

There is no positive in the image of that little boy, what so ever. So please stop trying to make yourself feel better by pretending there is. Stop trying to convince yourself that that image is actually ok because it is going to help change the world, because it's not.
It simply highlights how sick/ disrespectful most people are.

But how else are the folks thousands of miles away going to know exactly what is going on out there? Sometimes words just aren't enough. It's the visual that makes everyone take notice.
