It doesn't include those that were 'barred' from voting, as they still remain members of the party having paid their 3 quid. Interesting that he's asking the public to send in questions to ask David Cameron during PMQ this week, not sure if I approve. Not sure if it's a bit gimmicky. Truth is, mp's represent their constituents, so should know what constituents' concerns are. Parliament is a place for airing this, mp's are their constituents mouthpiece.
