We as fans have known for a long time that we need a more modern full back than Ward for a long time. It doesn't say much for Clynne that he has hardly featured during this time. I'm very worried that we are all holding out hope that Ferguson is THE answer. Can't help but feel that is a lot to ask of a young player who has had such a long injury lay-off. Hope I'm wrong but I believe we really should be looking at brining in a more stable option at RB.

Nathan played 75 minutes this afternoon, he looks quite relaxed playing, his performance a mix and Chelsea were mostly on top.

His mum was watching and he thanks God for his journey.

Let's hope he makes it with us.

On the contrary, like Eze (watch his 25 min interview from earlier in the season when he was still recovering from his injury), his Christian faith gives him a different perspective on life and its events. I suspect he is quite genuine in his thankfulness to God for how he's come through a very difficult period.

Anyone think he will be playing right back in the first team this season?

The Good thing is he can play Right and Left back and also in the middle.. so he’s great to have around...

Providing he gets fit enough to be considered for 1st team football, then yes I do. The club will want to see what he can do before the summer transfer window. There are enough maturing contracts this coming summer (7 I think) without having to seek out a new RB.

Injured again! Apparently not serious but is this guy just another Wickham? I hope not as we need him.

Apparently our medical team don’t want to rush him into anything. Hmmm, on that basis I reckon he’ll play his first full 90 minutes around 2024.

That's a shame. Will he blame God for that, seeing as he thanked Him for his recovery?
