People entering and leaving cafes and restaurants and leaving the door wide open, particularly on cold winter days. And another restaurant related bug - waiters/waitresses clearing the plates from your table whilst some haven't finished eating.

People who shirk responsibility for their kids/pets. Buy a dog, be prepared to pick up dog 5hlt. Take you kids out to public places, imbue them with manners and behavioural expectations. Kids drop litter on the floor, parents should make them pick it up, else pick it up themselves.
