Eagles striker Wilfried Zaha starts the first of a three-match ban after getting sent off in Tuesday night's Carling Cup loss at Portsmouth.

Defender CLAUDE DAVIS is available for selection after serving his one-game ban for a red card at home to Ipswich last weekend.

Midfielder Neil Danns hopes to return to the side after shaking off a groin problem, but Julian Bennett (hamstring), Darren Ambrose (leg) and David Wright (calf) are out.

Manager George Burley said: "We're hoping that Neil will be OK for the weekend. It's not a serious injury and we should have him back in time.

"David Wright is going to be out a while longer. He has a slight tear in his calf and will be out for a few weeks. Julian Bennett missed the Portsmouth match as a precaution. He was feeling his hamstring a little bit."
