Palace will be without Julian Bennett after the left-back returned to parent club Nottingham Forest with his loan expired. Jonathan Obika's loan period has also ended so goes back to Spurs.

Midfielder Alex Marrow, who this week signed on a permanent deal after impressing on loan, hopes to shake off an ankle knock to play. Darren Ambrose and Pablo Counago are rated as "50-50" for the tie.

CLAUDE DAVIS is available for selection after recovering from a hamstring injury. He could replace Anthony Gardner at centre half with Gardner agreeing to stay on loan from Hull until the end of the campaign.

Coventry striker Marlon King is suspended for the clash at the Ricoh Arena. Defender James McPake (back) and Ben Turner (knee) are injured.
