Crystal Palace’s reserves secured a last-gasp 1-0 win at arch rivals Millwall in the Pontins League.
Academy star JAMIE SMITH leapt off the bench to grab the winning goal with just four minutes left.
Kit Symons’ side was bolstered by the experienced Paul Ifill, Danny Granville, Danny Butterfield and Tommy Black.
Ifill, eager to impress against his old club, had three great chances to give Palace the lead.
But in the 86th minute, the game was won when sub SMITH headed home Sean Scannell’s cross.
Palace: Wilkinson, Butterfield, Granville, Hall (SMITH 75) Swaibu, Dalhouse, Ifill, Black, Kudjodji, Dayton, Martin (Scannell 46). Not used: Hills, Sweeney, Pilgrim.
