I thought at one time Borrowdale had a future in the game but after moving on with Dowie he progressively faded out of the picture. I wonder why? Some youngsters become impatient for first team football while others fall foul of The Gaffer and just warm the bench at best.Judging by his track record of clubs I wonder if he had an attitude problem of some dimension. If youngsters would try to settle with the club that gives them an opportunity to play regularly I think they may do better. The devil you do know is always less threatening than the devil you do not know.

Best ever 650K we got when he went.

Interesting to see when things like this happen. Playing a large number of games at a relatively high level and then just fading. Must say I never thought he was that great.
