It's always the Police that get blamed in these cases but they have a duty to investigate whether they believe the accuser or not. Ultimately it's the CPS who make a decision whether to charge and they have targets!! How you can run a justice system with targets is beyond me but that's the governments fault, not the CPS's and certainly not the old bill's. In the good old days a lot of cases (not this one I hasten to add) went to court where either a judge or jury would decide. The whole system is an utter shambles where it seems the dregs of society, the repeat offenders, don't get what they deserve and decent people end up in situations like this one.

Seems like justice has been served, she was accused, the police investigated, the CPS had sufficient grounds to charge, and she was found not guilty by a jury of her peers. Given that witch hunts ended in a burning / hanging and the innocence of the accused was rarely ever considered a pressing issue, I don't see the comparison. The fact that he's a heroin addict isn't really relevant, given that victims of abuse are far more likely to end up addicts.

Fcukin Smack head in "tells massive great walloping Lies" to get money shocker. And for me Justice hasnt been served, that poor cow must've been through over the last two years, while c***y boll1cks just sits back on legal aid and gets off his tits. If it were true justice, he'd be banged up for being a lying dirty little smack head and buggered to within an inch of life by the biggest meanest SOB inside, then and only then could he claim sexual assualt. Waste of skin.

The problem with socialism is that you eventually run out of other people's money. |

Fcuk em. I lived very close to a notorious estate in W.Croydon for a number of years, and trust me I've seen the lengths smack heads will go to get a) Money and b) smack. Nothing else matters, they will steal from a poor person, rob from charities, and if you farted they would nick it. Selling his old teacher down the river wouldn't even have pricked at his smack head code of morals (they dont have any). Absolute oxygen thief.
