If this is a done deal. Am I the only one that thinks we've 'nicked him' for 10 million. 29 right at his peak. If we've got a middle 3 of puncheon , jimmy Mac and cabaye for under 25 million, that's blinding. How much did Chelsea give for the Portuguese fella last year?

Paying for Cabaye Sell - Guediora (£2m), Bannan (£2m), Williams (very sadly)(£2m) Clyne Sell On Fee - (£2.5m) CPFC 10 - (£1.5m rising to £4.5m) Wages From three player sales - £50k pw released CPFC 10 - £50k pw. So for a potential net outlay of up to £4.5m in transfer fees (assuming all three above are sold) and £50k pw in wages extra (£100k pw) - we get a quality player. Just my thoughts.
Thing is though Kerms if we go down its hardly likely we wont shift Cabaye in the transfer market sharpish with a good sell on - he's no Andy Dorman or Owen Garvan
We would still get near £10M for him, 30 or not Kerms.
