Another one that'll say 'I didn't read it'.

Wife beating may be socially acceptable in Sheffield, but it is a different matter in Cheltenham

There are probably dozens of street attacks every year in Britain and yet you bring this one up.

Funny that.

I thought it was rhetorical.

If we are going to get arsey about people not responding, I recall you rebuffed me with. 'that was yesterday' when I re asked a question you had ignored.

Why do you think you can't post what you really think on here. Which of the forum rules does it break?

I would say that there can be racist / hate crimes can be carried out by any race on another.

But you are deflecting from the point of this thread in that people seeking sanctuary and support in our great nation have been assaulted because of where they come from. And since brexit, it's happening more.

That has yet to be established. Blaming Brexit is just moronic in any case.

I do post what I really think.
Posting allows for a measured response even if some don't take advantage of that.
Of course forum rule are there to avoid offence. No one wants to offend anyone unnecessarily but then sometimes the truth causes offence to people who don't like to hear it and those people often complain the loudest.

You do but then why do you deflect, move the goalposts or simply deny your intended original meaning when pulled up on one or more of your more 'controversial' thoughts?

At least stand by them and argue your corner rather than duck and dive.

You might as well say it's happening more since Corbyn became Labour leader, or since Big Sam came to Palace, or since the Queen turned 90.

A facile argument.
There's also a rise in quasi racist arseholes on the hol. Maybe that's the correlation.

I think it is rephrensible to politicise a near fatal beating.

From what I have read the lad had seven bails kicked out of him for no good reason.

Let's hope he recovers and justice is done.
