I dont think calling for him to be sacked after the last two games is fair, but the United game isn't a great achievement. Form over the last 12 or since christmas is very poor. The next two games have to be very important for him. Two wins should be the minimum expectation to buy him a bit more time.

So sign a player that prefers playing in an attacking central midfielder/no 10 free role. Then stick him on the left wing and try and get him to play a completely different way. Why not just look for someone who already plays in that role?
