Look I think McArthur been great for us in seasons gone by - but in the here and now he doesn’t cut it in this team or at this level - he’s time is done. Needs replacing in January. COYP

Great point, but that ref gave us very little. Our players only had to go near Harry Kane and he got a free kick. I counted 8 rotational fouls by Spurs players without a card being shown as we had 75% possession in the second half. I thought we could have gone onto win it once we equalised, but Spurs went again so maybe it was fair result.

A much better team performance. 16 attempts (5 on target) and as has already been said, we weren’t hanging on for the point, we were competitive throughout. Despite his misses I felt Benteke played well and contributed significantly to our overall performance. Yes he should’ve done better with the two headers but his hold up play and link up play, especially with Eze, is enabling us to look more threatening in the final third. Vicente at fault for their goal but some fantastic saves as well and his Motm display ultimately won us the point. Looking forward to having McCarthy back to challenge Jimmy Mac and also Tomkins alongside Cahill, although Kouyate continues to do a job for us at centre back. COYP...really want to see us push on and get the win at West Ham on Wednesday night.
