He will only refund when he gets a buyer or I pull out what amazes me it that the Estate agent manager thinks it's OK although I reliase he is working for developer .But will take legal advise soon thanks. I would pull out on principle.If someone is that dodgy do NOT throw good money their way it could get more murkier and underhand.

Aero, If you want that new home,you have to be proceedable. I was in the same position and opted to do a let to buy on my existing home with a simultaneous new loan on the new property and it worked out perfectly. Hope you get this resolved shortly.

Beak.If I pull out will defo lose deposit. Jersey would have done that but not allowed to rent my property out .Thanks
