I was thinking that he had perhaps at last overcome his injury blight as he was a regular in the Forest Green line up before Christmas. However, he has now suddenly disappeared from the team sheet and I can only assume he is reacquainting himself with the treatment table.

He departed Forest Green Rovers last month after his short-term contract expired. He scored 9 goals for the club in 20 apps, in all competitions, which included a goal from just inside the opponents half, shooting over the goalkeeper who was off his line. So did I, when fit, he was a real powerhouse who scored some decent goals for us, especially that strike at West Brom. Seems such a waste, especially when you think of the powder puff strikers we’ve got now
