Am I dreaming or did I actually see Jordan Ayew smile ? When he is given his freedom Eze is a sensation. He waited years for a chance but when he got it, wow, Johnstone Isn't it funny that Vieira sank into a 'Hodgson model' and Roy actually showed what belief and motivation can do? I need a lie down. Two more wins and we are safe.

They worked hard and denied us time and space on the ball for all the first half and then it was like they did not turn up in the second. When you look back on the first half you can see we had four clear moments where we beat them through the middle only to be fouled as usual, second half we clicked and managed to evade their attempts to stop us and then confidence overtook us. Teams find a way to frustrate good ball players and then ruin our entertainment.

Absolute rubbish, we should have had 6! Eze and Olise - our dynamic duo. How long can we keep them? So pleased for Ayew - one in the eye for all his critics on here. Is anyone campaigning to keep Roy on a new 3 year contract? Fabulous game and we played with flair again. Well done lads!
Dad and I watched games standing on the muddy slope of the Holmesdale Road end. He cheered and I rattled. |

I do wonder if not having Zaha on the pitch is upping the others game. He does seem to wave his arms around a lot at the others, ala Ronaldo and Fernandes at Manure. Admittedly a lot could happen in the weeks between and Zaha's return to fitness, but question for the panel: "Who would you drop from today's side to make way for Wilf?"
