This post has been merged from a topic called 'New ticket website' by becky TBF I think the reason you can’t select a seat is that, despite allocating seat numbers, the terracing is all standing. Apparently if you want a seat you have to call BO

Apparently if you want a seat you have to call BO I wanted a standing ticket but it didn't offer any ticket options. On the palace app on my phone I was able to select OAP and pay.

This post has been merged from a topic called 'New ticket website' by becky Been emailing with a very knowledgeable chap, (Sam C) at the box office. If you have a problem with the website not showing everything reduce the size. I changed from 100% to 90% and it all appeared. Bit strange but hey hoo!
