Sorloth, bought hardly ever played. One of many while Roy has been manager and Dougie DoF.
It would be interesting to know how our transfer management works. Clearly has some pretty big holes in it while at the same time unearthing some good quality. Inconsistent to say the least.

Hilariously (or not so hilariously) Sorloth is no worse than Mateta and probably on a par with Edouard. I believe he has a half decent record these days.

Rumour Newcastle after Johnstone so maybe he was Henderson was brought as they knew Johnstone wants out ?

He came out recently and said he was very happy as Roy said he was no.1. Also signed a new contract and i think he's moved his family down from midlands.

There were rumours that he wanted out and to go back north when we signed Henderson but i think they've been truly quashed now.

Howe's also said that they're not signing another keeper as got Dubravka who in my opinion is better than Johnstone anyway.

The problem with Sorloth was that he was an arrogant tw@t with a very questionable agent and both kept causing problems at the time.

We've been saying all season we'll be fine when Olise are back featuring together in the team.
That's happened once this season so far, and with their injury track records there's no guarantees how often it will occur in the New Year.
We still haven't replaced Zaha and so far it looks that Franca isn't the near term solution.
We need at least two mew attacking options in January to make an immediate impact.
Not potential, not future prospects, but immediate impact players.
