Crystal Palace
Crystal Palace have completed the £600,000 signing of SHAUN DERRY from Portsmouth.
The deal which was sealed just before the start of the Tottenham match on Wednesday, has pleased Simon Jordan.
He told the official Palace website: "This is someone who Trevor has been keen to bring into the club, he is an excellent addition to our squad."
DERRY said recently: "I think it is better for all concerned that I start afresh elsewhere.
"Nothing against Pompey, but I am relieved to be moving on.
"I don't think I was in Harry Redknapp's plans for this season and going to Palace represents a new challenge."
DERRY will be available for selection for the forthcoming match against Charlton on Monday night.
