Best quotes "his absence may be weeks rather than months".

Oh ok, not til the end of the season then after all? The season that ends in a few weeks?

from a match fitness perspective it doesn't make much difference he'll still miss the same games he would've if it were months.
But a bad injury that would have him out for months would have us thinking if we go in to buy would it be a risk if he doesn't recover well, or hasn't the same impact anymore,
as it's only a few weeks there'll still be no doubts over wanting to purchase.

Yeah I don't think it matters either way now. By the time he's match fit it probably will be the last game of the season, and to be honest we should have stayed up so no point in risking him.

It is good however that he can stay in SE25 for longer though, rather than going back to Liverpool. The longer he is here the better chance of persuading him to sign on

It's a shame he's unlikely to play for us again this season, but I'm just pleased a player who's made such a huge contribution to our club (on loan!) and has helped to remove the impending sense of doom will be out for a few weeks rather than months. I wish him well wherever he goes next - though he should obviously sign for us

I heard that despite Sakho being injured he is staying with us rather than going back to Liverpool.

Surely a good sign.hopefully things are been done behind the scenes.

Yes that's very good news. Irrespective of whether he can play for us again this season, it is good news.

If he's hopeful of getting back by the end of the season, it's good that he stays here. At the rate they're dropping, we'll need at least one replacement CB by the end of the season.

We don't do possession; we do defense and attack. Everything else is just wa**ing with a football.

I think signing Lovren to 100,000 per week deal confirms that his Liverpool career is over. Klopp doesn't want him around with a wry smile on his face at yet another defensive blunder

Hope so, and he's obviously a good lad to have in the dressing room and has had a positive effect on the squad, so to have him in and around the place until the end of the season will be good for morale.

It would also be nice, if he plays again on the last day, to be able to give him a good send-off in case he joins another club in the summer (although he should clearly stay with us!).
